This car was ‘fished’ out of the lake near the park I walk round most days. It is a Qashqai that is now ‘Dead’ and not even an old banger. A banknote can be in a dreadful state, all soiled and torn, and  worth little even if ‘old’. An old banknote in good shape, well looked after is another matter. Always take care of your notes. Keep them in acid free folders and in albums so that they will not deteriorate with spots and foxing. They will be worth more than the wreck pulled out of the lake.
