Many years ago I was fortunate in having a brilliant an inspirational lecturer in Philosophy. He instilled in us the maxim – ‘De omnibus dubitandum’. (All things must be questions) To have a questioning and curious mind is a great asset as it helps us reflect on ethics, politics, work practices and even marriage! It applies to banknotes as well, as we can question how we set up our collection, how we decide on what to buy and perhaps, what is surplus to requirements.
