This is a great offer. Top left corner is a very light crease (Flick?) and very light signs of handling but otherwise the notes is uncirculated. It is top quality and very rare indeed. Hardly any of these First Runs are ever seen on offer in this high grade. Priced at the EPM  valuation at eF, so it is under-priced. No charge for UK postage.
