What a wonderful banknote. It is just shy of EF in my opinion, but I would find it hard to challenge EF. I always try to make sure no note is over-graded but in this case, there is no doubt this is a top quality banknote, priced way below the EPM value. It is not cheap but in many ways it is a bargain offer. No charge for UK postage.
